Brandon was introduced to the outdoors by this father more than 30 years ago. He always felt "free" in the outdoors. "It just felt natural for me to be in the woods", he states. I" think my brother and I spent our whole summers roaming the woods and exploring (as we called it back then) growing up in Ohio. I would admit, I still feel that way today", he included.
He also grew up in a Christian home. Brandon's father is a pastor and also helped to develop a passion for Jesus Christ at an early age. "He taught me that God comes first, your family comes second, and then you can accomplish your dreams after that", he stated about his father.
His passion for God and his obsession with the outdoors, is what has driven him to connect the two together in this organization we call God's Country.
